In the "Świat Igiełki" online store, we offer secure and convenient payment methods that allow you to quickly pay for your order.
All prices displayed in the store are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT, where applicable, based on applicable regulations or the company's business model.

3. Order Processing
1. The order will be processed after receiving payment confirmation from the payment provider.
2. If there are any problems with payment authorization, order processing may be suspended until it is completed successfully.

Electronic payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The "Świat Igiełki" store does not store payment card details or online banking login information.
All transactions are secured in accordance with applicable security standards used by payment providers.

5. Invoices
An invoice is issued upon request.
To receive an invoice, please provide the correct billing information when placing the order.

6. Refunds
If the complaint is accepted or the contract is effectively withdrawn, the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer consents to a different refund method.
Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law.
