§1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at www.swiatigielki.com and the rules for concluding sales contracts through it.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Products
The store offers, among others:
home spa accessories,
scented candles,
scent diffusers,
jewelry,
training courses, and other services organized by the Seller.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Due to monitor settings, lighting, or the natural ingredients of the products, their appearance may differ slightly from that presented on the website. All prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices, unless otherwise indicated.
§3. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.
Orders are processed only if the order form is correctly completed.
After placing the order, the Buyer will receive an email confirming its acceptance.
§4. Payments
The Store accepts payments via:
PayPro,
PayPal,
payment cards,
and other payment methods provided during ordering.
§5. Delivery
Orders are shipped via courier companies and operators indicated in the Store.
Currently available delivery methods include:
DPD,
InPost parcel lockers.
The Seller may offer other delivery methods in the future.

The Buyer should check the condition of the shipment upon delivery. If the package is damaged, it is recommended to complete a damage report with the carrier.
§6. Complaints
The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law. Complaints can be submitted electronically to:

Complaints should include:
name and surname,
order number,
description of the problem,
photos (if necessary to assess the complaint).
The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
§7. Withdrawal from the Contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an appropriate declaration electronically or in writing.
The returned product must be complete and show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the cases specified in applicable law, in particular in the case of custom-made products or products sealed after opening, if, for hygienic reasons, they are not suitable for resale. §8. Trainings
Registration for training courses takes place through the online store or in the manner indicated by the Seller.
A deposit of 20% of the training fee must be paid to the bank account specified by the Seller no later than 7 days before the training date. Failure to pay the full amount 7 days before the training date will result in inability to participate in the training.
Withdrawal from the training is possible no later than 14 days before the training date.
After this deadline, the fee is non-refundable, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
The Seller reserves the right to change the training date for important reasons. In such a case, the participant will be informed of the new date or receive a refund.
§9. Intellectual Property
All photos, descriptions, graphics, logos, and materials posted in the store are the property of the Seller or have been used with the permission of the copyright holders.
Copying, distributing, or using these materials without the Seller's consent is prohibited. §10. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.

§11. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions proves invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
